Comments at the ADN's article on the ad and Murkowski's efforts to stop it (why didn't she do that in early August when the original version aired? This is just recycled material from the primary, with a new jab on her losing in August) are interesting, and show that the internecine fighting in the GOP is getting nastier:
Top five [Murkowski contributors] are (all non-Alaska):
Edison Chouest Offshore $41,050 Constellation Energy $39,396 Van Ness Feldman $22,650 Exxon Mobil $20,750 (I do not count them as Alaskan) NorPAC $19,700
and:
Five women, all in their late fifties, were sitting around our dining room table the other night working on quilts. These are conservative women. I overheard them all talking about what a hypocrite Joe Miller is and they were ALL going to vote for Lisa. Hmmmm..... why is Joe talking to ABC news and not to Alaskans? Where is he?? Where are his financial disclosure forms???? If I had to guess, I would guess that he knows he has lost this election and he is desperately networking and trying to step onto the national stage before his 15 minutes of fame are over. Maybe a nice cushy job with FOX....
and:
“We are here to let Lisa Murkowski know that no means no,” Tea Party Express chairwoman Amy Kremer told reporters. “She has said that she was not quitting. That she was not giving up. Well she’s not a quitter. She didn’t give up. She was fired.”
Actually, Californians like the Tea Party Express, Sal Russo, and Amy Kremer can't fire anyone in Alaska. Only Alaskans can. Lisa Murkowski is entitled to a write-in campaign, and she and Scott McAdams will vie for Alaskan votes.
(Joe "Toto" Miller is vying for Californian and Kansan votes, and is dropping like a rock in a quiet pond).
MESSAGE TO TEA PARTY EXPRESS: DON'T CALIFORNICATE ALASKA.
and on and on.......
At least nobody in the ADN comments is trashing Scott McAdams, who is keeping above the fray, so to say.

Ultimately, Mr. Miller will lose this election.
I have it on good authority that sometime around Thanksgiving he's going to launch a chain of specialty grocery stores in Alaska known as Poacher Joe's.

Christ O'Donnel is me! Is this where I start grooving to, "Like a Virgin!"?
That "I am not a Witch" girl sure looks good in a pearl necklace!
Funny how the handlers chose to dress the "non-witch" candidate entirely in black.
