Joe the Teabagger Campaign Death Spiral Watch - Day 13: Judge Burbank Orders Miller Files Released This Coming Tuesday

According to Kyle Hopkins, reporting from Fairbanks for the Anchorage Daily News:

In an unusual Saturday hearing, retired Superior Court Judge Winston Burbank ruled that the public's right to know about candidates outweighed Miller's right to privacy.

Burbank ordered no release until at least Tuesday, however, to allow Miller to appeal the decision to the Alaska Supreme Court. Some of the documents will be redacted, he said.

The case was brought by a group of Alaska news media organizations, who have been trying since summer to see borough documents concerning Miller's employment as a part-time borough attorney.

Miller, the Republican nominee, fought the release, arguing that any release of personnel records violated his privacy rights.

Call Matt Felling at KTVA TV. He's interviewing all three senate candidates next week and is asking for questions. Soe of us are encouraging to ask Joe about his "disability."

Look at what
Halcro has:

"Your lawyers have told the court they want to take statements from the Alaska Dispatch and other media outlets, the Fairbanks North Star Borough and former mayor Jim Whitaker.

However that's not all.

Your lawyers also told the judge they wanted to take a statement from me.

To quote the great Robert DiNero; "you talkin' to me?"

The link to Halcro did not work.

Try again Halcro post on Joe Miller dragging him into his Anchorage Fiasco.

Or this

How can they think of so many ways to screw up? It can't be a coincidence.

I too am so confused Miller could be such a dolt. As he is an attorney I expected he would have a little more experience in strategy. How could he believe his work history would not be investigated? The only reasons I come up with is that he is truly deluded or he saw how easily grifter Palin was able to pull the wool over Alaskans' eyes. Also, I laughed when Wayne Ross became a player in Miller's tawdry drama. I flew to Kodiak one time sitting across the aisle from WAR and noted he was reading a paranoid Tom Clancy novel. Go figure.
