It's Sean all the way. Berky isn't pulling enough votes even in the primary.
It's looks like this is still a red state after all. If the R's are polling 4 to every 3 Ds in a year like this I don't see any hope for the progressives.
Now is the time to set aside the bickering and support the chosen candidate. Diane and Ethan ran good campaigns, and Ethan came out on top. And anyone who thinks Ethan isn't a progressive just isn't paying attention. He's right on energy, right one the war, right on human rights and our civil liberties. Can we all please move on now?
I'll be voting for Frisco Eeth in November because he has a D after his name, but he's still going to be hosed by Sean. If Mark stays clear of Berkie, he could still take that Senate seat.
I can no longer in good conscience vote for a bought and paid for candidate just because they have a D after their name. I think I'm going to sit this one out.
anon at #3 has it sussed. no point in this one, too much of a gap for anyone to bridge, and the Ds already have a solid majority in the US house. it would appear that any time, energy and money i have would be better invested in begich, between now and november.
All my voting life I wanted Don Young to go away. Then Diane waged her campaign. My family and I had regained some hope for that congressional house seat.
Post the primary results, we still have hope for the likes of Diane. The example she has presented Alaskans with is rewarding. My girls have this woman to look up to. I can say to them: see, look at her. See what she did...
I tell my girls: The BBB factor... Brains, Beauty and Balls.

Her GOTV sucked, so we're likely stuck with Ethan, who will get smoked by Sean in the general. Boo. Hiss.
Sean Who? No, Eth will get smoked by Don, or Don may smoke Eth. I still hope Diane pulls through.
