And if Obamacare gets passed, we'll be at 137 and sinking fast. The WHO statistics are a joke...yet more Leftist propaganda from another NGO infested with liberal utopians.

Why are WHO statistics a joke?

Could you compare them to another set that proves your case?

Do you really think that a Leftist NGO would produce a fair and balanced look at the world's health system ? Give me a break...the WHO compares each country’s system to what the "experts" estimate to be the upper limit of what can be done with the level of resources available in that country - "oh big, bad USA has so much money...if only it spent all it's money on health we'd place it higher" ...

THE WHO rankings system is a socialist wish-list based on assumptions and misinformation. No mention, of course, of the 15 - 20 million illegal immigrants in the US. And strangely, people from countries high on the list travel to America for first class healthcare ...why they do that when the WHO ranks their medical care above America's is anyone's guess ...

Waiting for another credible set of health comparisons...

The WHO wish-list was cobbled together in 2000. Would France still be at number one if the horrific events of the summer of 2003 were taken into account. That was the year that the "caring" French system allowed over 15,000 old people to die
as victims of a heatwave. That little fact isn't well known in the USA because it doesn't fit the MSM and Left's (but I repeat myself) narrative that socialist Europe is so much more humane than "cruel, capitalist America".

@Anon7:58, yeah, you do repeat yourself. And it is boring.
