The shooter survived Phil. You can put the flag back up now.

anon @ 11:58 shows no pertinent or subjective commentary,

for that matter,

no relevance to any reality other than to their own reality,

anon @ 11:58 shows only the depth of their own depravity.

Damned if we do and damned if we don't. Nice, Anonymous...you must be very proud of yourself.

I've been working ten to fourteen hour days this week.

This was supposed to be a simple memorial, all I had time for....

Sorry it left room for people to come here and be petty.

Thanks Phil. Sorry you get the a-hole comments.

Hey Blue,

you damn others for what they do...gads...doesn't feel good when it's you on the receiving end is it?
And with the groups like the broads in pink (your mothers, sisters and significant others, yourself)I really don't give you credit for giving a damn about our military.
I don't see a counter on old man Phil's blog that talks about the death count of the military. I do see the Muslim death count though, many caused by their own I'm pretty sure of that one.
No memorial funds for military families under the heading of "Memorial Funds". Let me guess, Phil, you do it anonymously? OK! My azz!
So don't tell me about how depraved or hateful I am.
Besides, we all know Phil likes to toot his bugle for the lime-light and not the honor of those fallen.
It's all about Phil...ain't that right Phil?
Go ahead and delete it because we still know the truth.

My dear Makabit, you do not know me (I don't think) nor do you know who I may "damn" -- which is actually nobody. I disagree with some people, and I will say so, but I will always respect their right in America to say whatever they want. Plus, I have the utmost respect for the soldiers who are willing to give their lives in a war that they didn't start -- much like my cousin in Vietnam. I can also feel sympathy for the innocent people in Iraq and Afghanistan who have lost their lives in these conflicts. The two don't have to be mutually exclusive.

Keep your venom for someone else. Thank you very much.

Blue,

What does Vietnam have to do with anything? That seems to be a war you lefties like to bring up lately and I don't understand why.
When it was going on the left did nothing but trash our military and now you use it to show your freaking sympathy? That is sickening! Save your BS for someone else. And I don't thank you at all.

Blue_in_AK said...

I never trashed the military, I trashed the war -- big difference. How could I trash the military when so many of my friends and family were part of it.

I think something is bothering you over and above what's being said on Phil's blog, Makabit. Maybe you need to talk to someone about your anger issues. Seriously.

Oh, Blue, another one of those "projecting" moments there?
To hear all you lefties tell it everyone else needs help but you.
I think it's entertaining when you start bringing that up when some of the biggest spittle spewers are always at peace rallies standing on the steps, stage, soap box just screeching at the top of their lungs.
And maybe *you* never trashed the military out loud but you did enough damage by trashing what they were involved in.
And don't give me the BS that a large percentage of your group didn't. They did...just like your buddies the pink beeyotches out there harrassing recruiters and such. Nice try though, Blue. Maybe next time.
