Sarah Palin to Open Glenn Beck Show on Monday!

Two of America's most shameless opportunists get to spend more time together in front of the entire country Monday evening. Or at least part of the country.

Glenn Beck, moving from
CNN Headline News to FAUX News, will open with Alaska governor Sarah Palin. Here's the short promo of the event from Beck's personal site:

Glenn's first TV guest is...

It's been a highly sought after position---the 1st guest appearance on Glenn's brand new show on Fox News. After a Blagojevich like courtship for the slot, Governor Sarah Palin will be the first guest with Glenn on Fox this Monday at 5pm eastern. Set your Tivo!

I have no idea what Beck's publicist means by "Blagojevich-like courtship," but maybe FAUX viewers have some idea. And this does explain a bit about what Palin will be doing Monday evening, instead of attending the dinner honoring - among other bipartisan DC pols - Sen. John McCain. (hat tip to AKPetMom).

I have a hunch this will come up.

Here's Sarah's June 2, 2008 appearance on Beck:

Wait. Wasn't she just complaining about the media?

People get who they elect! I hope Alaskans have learned a lesson.

What disturbs me is the image of Alaskans that she presents to the Lower 48. She does for Alaska's reputation what GWB did for America's. There's got to be a way to stop her.

There´s gotta be way? Well, the good people of Alaska could IMPEACH her, or elect Poe next time around, but all reports about Palin seem to be glowing even though she is letting the town of Emmonak die of hunger, whilst gunning for whales and polar bears.

oh, yeah, Poor Sarah wasn´t invited to the big McCain dinner, I guess it´s because she SHUNS publicity and does not want to be a part of the boys club out there in Washington.
Poor Sarah, she is really burning ALOT of bridges to NO WHERE....
BWAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

The irony of Sarah whining about her poor treatment by the media while western Alaska starves is almost more than I can stand. As for impeachment, from what I can gather, the legislature has no stomach for that. They're apparently not even going to follow up on the Troopergate investigation. I'm pretty sick of most of Alaska's politicians.

I dont mean to attack Palin even though i wasnt a fan i dont want to attack her but while shes doing all of these exit interviews from a race she lost 2 months ago who has been running alaska? and what is she actually trying to accomplish? shes only putting herself back in the light, so when she runs for re-election she will be even more scrutinized. she needs to let that stuff go, national politics is brutal she obviously wasnt aware of that when she signed on
