Saradise Lost - Book 5 - Chapter 24: This Image Says a Lot
I took this screenshot of two web pages, as I watched President Obama speak about Rep. Giffords finally opening her eyes this afternoon. I'm no fan of Obama, but his words brought tears to my eyes. His memorial speech is quite powerful and very unselfish. I watched him speak on the web site Daily Kos, where they are far more charitable to the president than am I.
On the right side of the screen is the image of the current headlines at the news aggregator, memeorandum. It is totally dominated by responses to one of Palin's remarks during her her pathetically selfish video rant this morning. If you click on the image, you should be able to tell in the details to some of the responses to Palin, that - once again - she has found a way to divide people and create more hatred and hostility than existed before she made her statement.
If Palin is good at anything, it is just that - dividing people and creating rancor.
Jesse Gryphen has also posted a couple of screen shots regarding Palin's negative impact. The wikipedia article on "blood libel" now sports an image of Sarah Palin at the top of the right-hand side's sidebar:

Don't you love how she is pointing to herself on her book cover? "Mememememe!"
Phil, tell me again why you're no fan of President Obama. I've forgotten.
