Supposedly, the Reconciliation Bill Includes Public Option & Student Loan Reform

We'll see:

Where the tips came from first, I have no idea. But without fanfare -- and you should perhaps take that as a clue -- the House Budget Committee has posted a 2,309 page bill (PDF) that purports to be the text of the upcoming reconciliation bill. And as early sneak-peekers saw almost right away, it appears to contain... the public option.

But almost as quickly, denials were being issued via Twitter that caused almost as much confusion as the raw text caused excitement.

So what's going on here?

Again - we will see......

I saw something about a bill to reform the Alaska Student Loan Program, which is an inferior system to federal loans. Basically inter-generational profiteering in either case. I am not sure where they think their social security will come from and what it will be like if others undo to them as they have done to others. I suppose this is why there is hording and alike.

What would the US look like if they spent rather than invested the same on higher education as prison.
