We had about eight inches of beautiful snow over the weekend. Most of it fell between 18 and 24 degrees F. Soon, there will be a solid skiing base. The lake just started freezing over less than ten days ago, so eight inches of snow on it will impact how the ice begins to thicken. As soon as the wind comes up, we'll get a good look at the ice.
