Smoked Salmon --- Batch Three


This may be the last batch. It is a mixture of Copper River Sockeye, Copper River Chinook belly strips, a Naked Island Coho, and a Neklason Lake Rainbow trout. Basted with Jose Cuervo Black Medallion tequila, which is a lousy tequila for drinking, but very good for this.
