My friend Fred James, co-blogger during the Federal corruption trial of former Alaska State Representative Vic Kohring, sent me a long e-mail on his take on John Henry Browne's motions filed last Friday. I'm hoping to post it at the USA vs. Victor H. Kohring blog this evening, after I get home from a couple of meetings.And I plan on being at Kohring's sentencing, whether it is next Monday, or is postponed because of Browne's filings.
