I pulled all of what's left of the first crop of beets this afternoon. Some were roasted lightly, then peeled. They are now smoking in the smokehouse for about six hours.
These two I'm not sure what to do with. A visiting friend suggested I give them to Todd Palin "'cause he could use a pair....."
Any ideas?
