Janny's card is beautiful-- did she make these eggs? I was intrigued when I saw this because I am Eastern Orthodox and I knew these were not traditional designs to any of our ethnic groups with the pysansky.
Did she tell you a story with them and how she made them? I recognize stitchery patterns and some Sonora patterns. . . tell us more if she has told you anything. I love this.
She does make these eggs, but not for sale. When our kids were kids, she would send them baskets with stuff like those. Now, Judy and I still send the kids baskets, but nothing elaborate, just a little bit thoughtful.
