Two More Dangerous Incidents on the Campaign Trail - One Involving a Palin Rally

Another Sarah Palin supporter called for the murder of Barack Obama at rally in Joe Biden's hometown of Scranton, Pennsylvania:

There were no incendiary outbursts from the crowd about Mr. Obama during Mrs. Palin's speech, as there have been during other recent McCain-Palin rallies.

However, someone did shout out, "Kill him!" during Republican congressional candidate Chris Hackett's remarks before Mrs. Palin took the stage.

The outburst came during a round of booing from the crowd after Mr. Hackett said Mr. Obama should come to Pennsylvania and learn what the state's values are.

This isn't the first time McCain/Palin supporters have bayed for Obama's blood at a campaign event.

Later today, an Obama office in Philadelphia had to be evacuated:

Today, the Obama campaign office in South Philadelphia was the target of a mailed threat that also contained a white powder. It was found by a volunteer opening the mail and resulted in a full scale hazmat and police response. The office was evacuated and containment and testing instituted to find out what the substance was.

Fortunately, the powder turned out to be sugar and all staff and volunteers are fine. Since the letter was actually sent through the mail, the matter is now a federal investigation, as it rightly should be.

So, remind us again who pals around with terrorists. Still waiting on the Anchorage Daily News to condemn these activities, and Sarah Palin's role in srirring the emtions of these nutcases.
