Thursday was my mom's 90th birthday. One of her first presents was a "Happy Birthday, Millie!" wish from Thom Hartmann on his radio program. She was sort of forewarned, so it wasn't exactly a shock. Thanks, Shannyn Moore, for setting that special present up for my mom.Family is gathering in Seattle from North Carolina, New Mexico, California, Oregon, many parts of Washington and Alaska, to share our love with this magnificently warm, caring and practical woman.
Dinners, parties, games, concerts, incredible conversations are already happening.
I'm so happy for my mom.
