This is a debunked photo shop. Original has Piper with two fingers up in a V. Please remove ... not worthy of this excellent blog, even if it WAS real!

Original on the Alaska gov site http://www.gov.state.ak.us/large_photo.php?id=175 Piper isn't happy (smart kid!) but is clearly flipping a V not a B(ird). Some photoshopper disappeared one of her fingers...
